Our newest visitors!

With visitor numbers increasing each month we were not at all surprised to see two police horses checking out our coffee hut and activity board!

We are delighted with how many children, and a few adults, have completed the summer reading challenge this year with numbers doubling last year’s, well done all of you. October is a busy time with the Catford Arts Trail, Black History Month and Halloween. We have plenty to keep you busy so please do pop in!

Volunteer interview: Rosi

Why did you decide to volunteer here?  Being a librarian has been my lifelong dream, and I was between jobs and needed to fill my time.

What’s your favourite thing about volunteering here? Getting to know people in the community and feel a part of it, it’s really lovely.

Can you sum up the library in three words? Lively, community, informative.

Why would you recommend the library? You’re never bored! There’s so much here – you could do something every day if you wanted to and there is always something new to discover.
