ACTIVITIES
Mixed Ability Core Pilates 9.30 - 10.30
Sadie is a fully qualified instructor with specialist training in both Mat-based Pilates (Level 3) and both Pre and Postnatal Pilates exercise.
During Sadie’s classes she tries to cater to everybody's needs, by providing adaptions and progressions for each exercise in a warm and friendly environment.
The main focus of the class is to improve core strength, flexibility, joint mobility and strength. It is designed to build more body awareness in order to achieve better movement patterns and a pain free body. It's physical and mental body conditioning, that releases tension and promotes relaxation. We also work on improving balance, coordination and posture through progressive moves that have a natural Dance element.
Pilates helps improve flexibility, posture and strength, in short it improves the way you move which in turn helps you to live a better life.
Come and revive your body and core strength through flowing functional movement using Mat based exercises and bands, balls and blocks.
Classes cost £8 drop in or £24 if booked in a block of 4. Email to book here
